Visit an Amusement Park

Which brings me to experiencing another Fifty at 50 adventure while visiting Universal Studios in California during a work event. While participants explored Universal, we got a little time to explore ourselves which led me straight to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
I have to say that I’m glad to have visited to Universal Studios (this was a first for me). However, I think I’ve missed the sweet season of enjoying myself during the height of my interest in the Harry Potter books and movies. Fortunately, a visit to Warner Brothers Studios earlier in the day helped solidify my belonging when I sat under the sorting hat and was appropriately assigned to Gryffindor House.
Getting to have my first Butter Beer was also a delight! We did the soda version (there is also a slushy beer) and it was much better than I’d anticipated and my curiosity was appeased.
