Re-read Harry Potter Series

I think this is being 50yo!!!

I’ve changed my mind. Not only am I not going to re-read the series, I’m going to leave my books at the Free Little Library near my apartment. It was at a recent retreat to Oregon City, OR with a gal pal that I gave myself the space to reconsider this addition to my Fifty at 50 list.

This list is supposed to serve to spur me on toward adventure and being out of my comfort zone. And when we were enjoying Powell’s (largest indie bookstore on the planet) it came to me that it was more important to me to purchase/borrow and read newer books.

So, I’ve decided NOT to complete this adventure and also am not going to replace it with another reading challenge. I’ve enjoyed the series - the movies less so - but want to read so many other things and think this is the best thing for me at this time.

I’m hopeful someone else will enjoy these stories this summer.
